It has the following learning objectives shown below: Learning objectives/Outcomes: Know the different methods a business can use to grow Understand different types of external growth and their effects on business stakeholders - Forward / Backward / Conglomerate Integration Assess how management can deal with problems associated with rapid growth This download includes: A full lesson PowerPoint Input Material for students to read, understand and present to each other 8 mini case studies for each type of internal / external growth Table Completion Task Extension - Research Task All necessary resources to run the lesson are included in this download and all my lessons are for a double lesson i.e. to take around 1 hour and fifty minutes so they can be separated into two single lessons if required.
